B. National Productivity Council (NPC) is national level organization to promote productivity culture in India. Established by the Ministry of Industry, Government of India conducts training on RTI the link is below:

Employees along with CPIO and APIOs who need to be trained in RTI programmes as mentioned in 1.12 (I) or any such advance programmes by a Government organisation/institute are encouraged to send their nomination to Vigilance section for consideration by the competent authority.
